Homebuyers love the 3D virtual tours because
- The images are 4K Ultra High Resolution. The Matterport Pro2 Camera, Matterport's top of the line 3D Scanner, takes 4K scanning images. 4K images are 4x the resolution of HD TV definition.
- Home buyers love to look at homes. Being able to walk through your house or your client's house allows buyers to fall in love with your beautiful home even before they visit it in person
Important stuff to know
- Houses are scanned 'in their present condition'. Due to safety precautions regarding Covid-19 I cannot move items around.
- Best results are when the house has been cleaned, staged, and the listing agent has walked through the home to make sure the house is in their expected condition.
- Scanning time is roughly 1 hour to 1.25 hours per 1,000 square feet. Depending on the layout of the home time may be longer or shorter.
- Best results are when there are least amount of people and pets in the house.The matterport files are not editable - so if a dog/cat/kid/homeowner/agent end up in a scan they cannot be photoshopped out.
- Delivery time is roughly 24 hours from completion of scanning. If the Matterport 3D tour processes faster, I will send it sooner.
- 6 months of free hosting is included. Hosting time period starts the day the Matterport 3D tour is processed.
- If the house does not have working electrical, water is off, heat and or air conditioning is off or not working - please tell me that prior to scheduling the appointment.
- Scan size is the total square footage of the area scanned, not just the finished area.
- Unfinished sections of basements/lower levels or garages are not scanned unless requested.
